California High School Basketball - Laytonville overwhelmed by Point Arena

The Point Arena Pirates basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Laytonville Warriors to 14 in the Pirates league victory on Tuesday.
The Pirates now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mendocino for a North Central III contest on Saturday, January 27. Point Arena will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 53-44 league win over Anderson Valley (Boonville, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 13-3.
The Warriors (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Round Valley (Covelo, CA). The Mustangs come into the North Central III contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Round Valley triumphed over Potter Valley (Potter Valley, CA), 64-15, in a league contest.
