Colorado High School Basketball - Lutheran edged by Lewis-Palmer

The Lutheran Lions basketball team (Parker, CO), was nudged 44-41 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Lewis-Palmer Rangers (Monument, CO)

The Rangers now possess a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Discovery Canyon for a 5A/4A Pikes Peak battle on Thursday, January 25. Lewis-Palmer will confront a Thunder team coming off a 58-37 league win over Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Thunder record now stands at 7-9.

The Lions (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Kadets come into the 5A/4A Pikes Peak battle with a 14-1 record. In their last battle, Air Academy edged Palmer Ridge (Monument, CO), 57-35, in a league battle.
