The Vistamar Vikings basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the visiting New Roads Jaguars to 14 in the Vikings league victory on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hawthorne Math & Science Academy for a Coastal contest on Friday, January 26. Vistamar will battle a The Aviators team coming off a 51-26 league loss to Geffen Academy (Los Angeles, CA). The The Aviators record now stands at 7-4.

The Jaguars (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Geffen Academy (Los Angeles, CA). The Bruins come into the Coastal contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Geffen Academy triumphed over Hawthorne Math & Science Academy (Hawthorne, CA), 51-26, in a league contest.
