North Carolina High School Basketball - Northwest Halifax crushes Southeast Halifax

Northwest Halifax Vikings (Littleton, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Southeast Halifax Trojans (Halifax, NC), 63-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Northwest Halifax upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Vikings travel to Northampton County (Gaston, NC) to clash with the Jaguars in a 1A Tar Roanoke bout on Friday, January 26. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Northampton County won 63-18 in their recent league bout against Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC)

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Weldon Chargers (Weldon, NC) in a 1A Tar Roanoke bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Southeast Halifax will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record.
