The Silliman Institute Wildcats basketball team (Clinton, LA), dropped 56-48 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Parklane Academy Pioneers (McComb, MS)
The Pioneers now possess a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Forest Academy for a MAIS 5A District 3 battle on Friday, January 26. Parklane Academy will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 47-28 league loss to Brookhaven Academy (Brookhaven, MS). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 12-7.
The Wildcats (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Brookhaven Academy (Brookhaven, MS). The Cougars come into the MAIS 5A District 3 battle with a 24-9 record.
