The Westlake Lions routed the visiting Pebblebrook Falcons basketball team by a final score of 59-14 in Tuesday's league game.
In their next game, the Lions face the Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 2 battle, on Tuesday, January 30. Westlake will attempt to improve on its 14-5 season record.
The Falcons (1-15) will now prepare for their battle against Campbell (Smyrna, GA). The Spartans come into the AAAAAAA Region 2 battle with a 14-7 record. In their last battle, Campbell trounced East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA), 61-36, in a league battle.
