The Trion Bulldogs basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Pepperell Dragons to 38 in the Bulldogs league victory on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Armuchee for a A D1 Region 7 contest on Friday, January 26. Trion will battle a Indians team coming off a 39-26 league win over Coosa (Rome, GA). The Indians record now stands at 10-10.
The Dragons (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Unity Christian (Rome, GA). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Unity Christian prevailed over Oakwood Christian (Chickamauga, GA), 41-35, in a league contest.
