The Princeton Tigers (Princeton, MN) basketball nipped the visiting Zimmerman Thunder (Zimmerman, MN), 68-61 in Tuesday's league test.

The Tigers (7-8) will now prepare for their test against St. Francis (St. Francis, MN). The Fighting Saints go into the AAA Section 5 test with a 7-10 record. In their last test, St. Francis got by North Branch (North Branch, MN), 59-46, in a non-league test.

The Thunder now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Monticello for a AAA Section 5 test on Thursday, January 25. Zimmerman will encounter a Magic squad coming off a 68-63 league loss to Becker (Becker, MN). The Magic record now stands at 15-2.
