Indiana High School Basketball - Rising Sun can't hold off Switzerland County

The Switzerland County Pacers basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Rising Sun Shiners to 44 in the Pacers league victory on Tuesday.

The Pacers now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oldenburg Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 25. Switzerland County will battle a Twisters team coming off a 53-30 non-league win over Milan (Milan, IN). The Twisters record now stands at 17-4.

The Shiners (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against Shawe Memorial (Madison, IN). The Hilltoppers come into the Ohio River Valley contest with a 8-11 record. In their last contest, Shawe Memorial was nudged by Providence (Clarksville, IN), 49-36, in a non-league contest.
