In Tuesday's league outing, the Turkey Valley Trojans (Jackson Junction, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host West Central Blue Devils (Maynard, IA), by a count of 56-17.

The Trojans (6-9) will now prepare for their outing against Spring Grove (Spring Grove, MN). The Lions go into the non-league outing with a 14-2 record. In their last outing, Spring Grove smashed Kingsland (Spring Valley, MN), 59-43, in a league outing.

The Blue Devils now hold a 1-14 record. They play next when they host Postville for a Upper Iowa outing on Thursday, January 25. West Central will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 61-27 league loss to Central (Elkader, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 2-15.
