Wendover Wildcats (Wendover, UT) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Wells Leopards (Wells, NV), 52-20 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Wendover upgrades its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Tabiona (Tabiona, UT) to play the Tigers in a 1A Region 22 bout on Friday, January 26. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 13-3. Tabiona won 53-25 in their recent league bout against Tintic (Eureka, UT)

Next up, the Leopards play the McDermitt Bulldogs (McDermitt, NV) in a 1A East bout, on Saturday, January 27. Wells will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record.
