Wilcox RVT Wildcats (Meriden, CT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Whitney RVT Owls (Hamden, CT), 36-11 in a league bout.

With the win, Wilcox RVT upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Wildcats host O'Brien RVT (Ansonia, CT) to play the Condors in a Connecticut Technical bout on Thursday, January 25. The Condors go into the bout with a record of 4-7. O'Brien RVT lost 54-30 in their recent league bout against Platt RVT (Milford, CT)

Next up, the Owls play the Platt RVT Panthers (Milford, CT) in a Connecticut Technical bout, on Friday, January 26. Whitney RVT will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 55-34 league loss to Kaynor Tech (Waterbury, CT).
