The A.C. Reynolds Rockets basketball team scored 45 points and held the host McDowell Titans to 42 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rockets now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Buncombe for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26.

The Titans (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record.
