In Tuesday's league battle, the host Granite Hills Cougars soccer squad scored a close 2-1 win over the Adelanto Saints.
The Cougars (13-5) will now prepare for their battle against Victor Valley (Victorville, CA). The Jackrabbits go into the Desert Sky battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Victor Valley nipped Barstow (Barstow, CA), 2-1, in a league battle.
The Saints (2-11) will now prepare for their battle against Silverado (Victorville, CA). The Hawks go into the Desert Sky battle with a 1-14 record. In their last battle, Silverado was nudged by Granite Hills (Apple Valley, CA), 12-0, in a league battle.
