In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Bishop Amat Lancers soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Paraclete Spirits.

The Lancers (12-10) will now prepare for their battle against St. Genevieve (Panorama City, CA). The Valiants come into the Del Rey battle with a 15-3 record. In their last battle, St. Genevieve Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA), 1-1, in a league battle.

The Spirits (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA). The Jesters come into the Del Rey battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, Saint Joseph nudged La Salle (Pasadena, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.
