McDowell Titans (Marion, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting A.C. Reynolds Rockets (Asheville, NC), 50-24 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, McDowell upgrades its record to 11-0 on the campaign. The Titans host T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Friday, January 26. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 8-3. T.C. Roberson won 45-32 in their recent non-league bout against Erwin (Asheville, NC)

Next up, the Rockets play the North Buncombe Black Hawks (Weaverville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. A.C. Reynolds will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Black Hawks come into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 58-32 non-league win over Asheville (Asheville, NC).
