California High School Basketball - Torrey Pines fells El Camino

Torrey Pines Falcons (San Diego, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host El Camino Wildcats (Oceanside, CA), 72-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Torrey Pines upgrades its record to 19-3 on the season. The Falcons travel to Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA) to play the Lancers in a bout on Friday, January 26. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 16-3.

Next up, the Wildcats play the San Dieguito Academy Mustangs (Encinitas, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 26. El Camino will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 6-12 record after their 73-55 league loss to La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA).
