The Ferris Saxons basketball team (Spokane, WA), was nudged 54-48 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Mead Panthers (Spokane, WA)
The Panthers now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgeline for a battle on Friday, January 26. Mead will battle a Falcons team coming off a 59-37 league win over Cheney (Cheney, WA). The Falcons record now stands at 11-5.
The Saxons (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against Central Valley (Spokane Valley, WA). The Bears come into the non-league battle with a 0-15 record. In their last battle, Central Valley was nudged by Mt. Spokane (Mead, WA), 57-38, in a non-league battle.
