The West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC) basketball knocked off the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC), 51-36 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wolverines (7-5) will now prepare for their test against South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 6-8 record.
The Ragin' Bulls now own a 9-2 record. They play next when they host Lake Norman for a non-league test on Thursday, January 25. Hickory Ridge will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 41-35 non-league loss to Mooresville (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-4.
