The Orangeburg Prep Indians basketball team scored 28 points and restricted the visiting Thomas Sumter Academy Generals to 19 in the Indians league victory on Tuesday.
The Indians now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calhoun Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 25. Orangeburg Prep will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 48-18 league win over Andrew Jackson Academy (Ehrhardt, SC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 6-6.
The Generals (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lee Academy (Bishopville, SC). The Cavaliers come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record.
