The Person Rockets basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Williams Bulldogs to 31 in the Rockets league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rockets now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cedar Ridge for a contest on Friday, January 26. Person will battle a Fighting Red Wolves team coming off a 43-29 non-league loss to East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC). The Fighting Red Wolves record now stands at 8-7.
The Bulldogs (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Southern Alamance (Graham, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Southern Alamance was routed by Western Alamance (Elon, NC), 64-37, in a non-league contest.
