Lincoln Fighting Zebras (Lincoln, CA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), 4-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Fighting Zebras confront the Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Lincoln will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Hillmen enter the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 2-1 league win over Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA).
The Miners now possess a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they host West Park for a challenge on Thursday, January 25. Nevada Union will confront a Panthers team coming off a 1-0 league win over Oakmont (Roseville, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 10-4.
