In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Barrington Fillies/Broncos basketball team scored a big 76-49 triumph over the Hoffman Estates Hawks.
The Fillies/Broncos (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wauconda (Wauconda, IL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 4-16 record. In their last contest, Wauconda smashed Lakes (Lake Villa, IL), 66-64, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Hawks confront the Palatine Pirates (Palatine, IL) in a Mid-Suburban - West contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Hoffman Estates will attempt to better on its 16-7 season record. The Pirates go into the contest with a 13-10 record after their 67-31 non-league win over Jacobs (Algonquin, IL).
