In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Madonna Blue Dons basketball team scored a big 79-52 triumph over the Beallsville Blue Devils.

The Blue Dons (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Edison (Richmond, OH). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, Edison was trounced by Trinity Christian (Morgantown, WV), 67-63, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the Conotton Valley Rockets (Bowerston, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 27. Beallsville will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 45-43 non-league win over Bridgeport (Bridgeport, OH).
