The Mount Tahoma T-Birds nipped the host Central Kitsap Cougars basketball squad by a final score of 59-55 in Thursday's league outing.

Next, the T-Birds clash with the Lincoln Abes (Tacoma, WA) in a 3A Puget Sound outing, on Monday, January 27. Mount Tahoma will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Abes enter the outing with a 14-3 record after their 60-57 league loss to Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA).

The Cougars (1-15) will now prepare for their outing against North Kitsap (Poulsbo, WA). The Vikings enter the non-league outing with a 5-9 record. In their last outing, North Kitsap was nipped by Olympic (Bremerton, WA), 76-68, in a league outing.
