New Mexico High School Basketball - Cimarron victorious over Springer

In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Cimarron Rams basketball team scored a good 56-46 triumph over the Springer Red Devils.
The Rams (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Des Moines (Des Moines, NM). The Demons come into the A District 5 challenge with a 6-8 record. In their last challenge, Des Moines was knocked off by Roy/Mosquero (Roy, NM), 54-36, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Red Devils encounter the Maxwell Bears (Maxwell, NM) in a A District 5 challenge, on Saturday, January 25. Springer will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 15-1 record after their 71-32 league win over New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM).
