Texas High School Basketball - Clear Creek holds off Clear Falls

In Thursday's league contest, the host Clear Creek Wildcats basketball team scored a close 57-55 triumph over the Clear Falls Knights.
The Wildcats (13-17) will now prepare for their contest against Clear Brook (Friendswood, TX). The Wolverines go into the 6A Region III District 24 contest with a 18-11 record. In their last contest, Clear Brook nipped Deer Park (Deer Park, TX), 62-52, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Knights confront the Clear Springs Chargers (League City, TX) in a 6A Region III District 24 contest, on Saturday, January 25. Clear Falls will attempt to better on its 19-10 season record. The Chargers go into the contest with a 26-3 record after their 68-53 league win over Brazoswood (Clute, TX).
