In Thursday's non-league test, the Copan Hornets (Copan, OK) basketball squad defeated the host Foyil Panthers (Foyil, OK), by a final score of 45-29.
Next, the Hornets clash with the Barnsdall Panthers (Barnsdall, OK) in a Northern Oklahoma test, on Tuesday, January 28. Copan will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 8-9 record after their 64-43 non-league loss to Cleveland (Cleveland, OK).
The Panthers (2-11) will now prepare for their test against Welch (Welch, OK). The Wildcats come into the Lucky Seven test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Welch went down by Cave Springs (Bunch, OK), 51-44, in a non-league test.
