In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Elmwood Park Crusaders basketball team scored a big 65-40 win over the Saddle Brook Falcons.

The Crusaders (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Garfield (Garfield, NJ). The Boilermakers come into the Bergen/Passaic - King contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Garfield was trounced by Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology (Paterson, NJ), 67-39, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Lodi Rams (Lodi, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 27. Saddle Brook will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record. The Rams come into the contest with a 6-7 record after their 46-35 league loss to Manchester Regional (Haledon, NJ).
