The Mayfield Cardinals basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Fulton County Pilots to 59 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cardinals now have a 16-3 record. They play next when they travel to Murray for a non-league game on Saturday, January 25. Mayfield will confront a Tigers team coming off a 70-68 league loss to Christian Fellowship (Benton, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 6-14.

With the loss, Fulton County falls to 3-11 on the campaign. The Pilots travel to Fulton City (Fulton, KY) to confront the Bulldogs in a District 1 game on Friday, January 24. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 1-11. Fulton City lost 63-45 in their recent non-league game against South Fulton (South Fulton, TN)
