In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Olathe South Falcons basketball team scored a good 74-55 triumph over the Gardner-Edgerton Trailblazers.
The Falcons (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mill Valley (Shawnee, KS). The Jaguars go into the Sunflower contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Mill Valley topped Harmon (Kansas City, KS), 91-33, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Trailblazers battle the Spring Hill Broncos (Spring Hill, KS) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 24. Gardner-Edgerton will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Broncos go into the contest with a 7-3 record after their 78-66 non-league win over Blue Valley Southwest (Overland Park, KS).
