In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Rutgers Prep Argonauts basketball team scored a good 74-57 triumph over the Hillsborough Raiders.

The Argonauts (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Saddle River Day (Saddle River, NJ). The Rebels go into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Saddle River Day topped Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ), 49-33, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Raiders confront the Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs (Pennington, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 25. Hillsborough will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 14-3 record after their 43-39 league win over Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NJ).
