The South Jefferson Spartans (Adams, NY) basketball were winner over the visiting Indian River Wolves (Philadelphia, NY), 60-47 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 10-3 record. They play next when they host Vernon-Verona-Sherrill for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 25. South Jefferson will play a Red Devils team coming off a 64-46 league loss to Holland Patent (Holland Patent, NY). The Red Devils record now stands at 3-11.
With the loss, Indian River falls to 9-4 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Lowville (Lowville, NY) to play the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Lowville won 86-34 in their recent non-league bout against Carthage (Carthage, NY)
