The Orono Riots basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host John Bapst Memorial Crusaders to 41 in the Riots league triumph on Thursday.
The Riots now possess a 14-5 record. They play next when they host Hermon for a B North game on Wednesday, January 29. Orono will confront a Hawks team coming off a 45-44 league win over Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME). The Hawks record now stands at 8-9.
With the loss, John Bapst Memorial falls to 3-11 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Greater Houlton Christian Academy (Houlton, ME) to confront the in a non-league game on Saturday, January 25.
