The Mitchell Kernels (Mitchell, SD) basketball edged the host Tea Titans (Tea, SD), 53-49 in Thursday's league bout.

The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 10-0. Sioux Falls Christian won 97-43 in their recent non-league bout against Madison (Madison, SD)
