Arizona High School Basketball - North Valley Christian Academy routs Mountainside

In Thursday's league contest, the visiting North Valley Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored a big 72-18 win over the Mountainside Wolves.

The Lions (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Glendale Prep Academy (Glendale, AZ). The Griffins come into the 2A West contest with a 14-8 record. In their last contest, Glendale Prep Academy smashed Mountainside (Wittmann, AZ), 70-29, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Wolves battle the North Phoenix Preparatory Academy Gladiators (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 24. Mountainside will attempt to better on its 2-9 season record. The Gladiators come into the contest with a 4-10 record after their 51-31 league win over Sequoia Pathway Academy (Maricopa, AZ).
