The New Way Learning Academy Bulldogs basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Telesis Prep Tigers to 26 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Arrowhead Christian Academy for a Canyon Division 1 - Cactus game on Friday, January 24. New Way Learning Academy will play a Eagles team coming off a 0-0 non-league Phoenix School of Academic Excellence (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, Telesis Prep falls to 0-10 on the campaign. The Tigers host Verde Valley (Sedona, AZ) to play the Coyotes in a non-league game on Monday, January 27. The Coyotes go into the game with a record of 3-6. Verde Valley won 43-34 in their recent non-league game against Paradise Valley Christian Prep (Phoenix, AZ)
