In Thursday's league test, the Waynflete Flyers (Portland, ME) basketball squad trounced the host North Yarmouth Academy Panthers (Yarmouth, ME), by a final score of 62-22.

Next, the Flyers clash with the Hall-Dale Bulldogs (Farmingdale, ME) in a C South test, on Tuesday, January 28. Waynflete will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 11-5 record after their 62-46 league loss to Monmouth Academy (Monmouth, ME).

The Panthers (0-13) will now prepare for their test against Lisbon (Lisbon Falls, ME). The Greyhounds come into the non-league test with a 1-15 record. In their last test, Lisbon was overwhelmed by Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME), 42-32, in a league test.
