North Carolina High School Basketball - Bradford Prep triumphant over Corvian Community

January 23, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28269

The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Bradford Prep Bears (Charlotte, NC) and the host Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC), observed Bradford Prep's basketball team overwhelm Corvian Community by a score of 42-19.

The Bears (4-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Langtree Charter Academy (Mooresville, NC). The Lions come into the 1A/2A Catawba Shores challenge with a 4-11 record. In their last challenge, Langtree Charter Academy was routed by Christ the King (Huntersville, NC), 69-19, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) in a 1A/2A Catawba Shores challenge, on Friday, January 24. Corvian Community will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 50-24 league win over Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC).
