In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Brookfield Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 44-36 triumph over the Clark County Indians.
The Bulldogs (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Canton (Canton, MO). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Canton topped Van-Far (Vandalia, MO), 62-31, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Monroe City Panthers (Monroe City, MO) in a Clarence Cannon contest, on Friday, January 31. Clark County will attempt to better on its 2-13 season record.
