The Gardner Wildcats (Gardner, MA) basketball crushed the visiting Clinton Gaels (Clinton, MA), 51-20 in Thursday's league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Narragansett Regional for a Midland-Wachusett D bout on Saturday, January 25. Gardner will play a Warriors team coming off a 74-20 non-league win over University Park (Worcester, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 10-2.
With the loss, Clinton falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Gaels travel to Lunenburg (Lunenburg, MA) to play the Blue Knights in a Midland-Wachusett C bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Blue Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-5.
