The Oakland-Craig Knights basketball squad (Oakland, NE), was nudged 66-64 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host North Bend Central Tigers (North Bend, NE)

With the victory, North Bend Central advances its record to 11-6 on the year. The Tigers host Wayne (Wayne, NE) to meet the Blue Devils in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 28. The Blue Devils enter the battle with a record of 9-9. Wayne won 41-30 in their recent non-league battle against Cedar Catholic (Hartington, NE)
