Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Francis holds off Princeton

In Thursday's league contest, the visiting St. Francis Fighting Saints basketball team scored a close 59-52 triumph over the Princeton Tigers.
The Fighting Saints (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Becker (Becker, MN). The Bulldogs come into the AAA Section 5 challenge with a 8-10 record. In their last challenge, Becker edged Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN), 63-15, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Eden Prairie Eagles (Eden Prairie, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 24. Princeton will attempt to improve on its 9-9 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 65-57 league win over Minnetonka (Minnetonka, MN).
