The Moriarty Pintos basketball squad (Moriarty, NM), was nudged 34-30 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM)
With the victory, Los Alamos advances its record to 3-5 on the year. The Hilltoppers travel to St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM) to meet the Horsemen in a non-league battle on Monday, January 27. The Horsemen enter the battle with a record of 1-3.
The Pintos now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Espanola Valley for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 25. Moriarty will meet a Sundevils squad coming off a 37-32 non-league loss to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Sundevils record now stands at 1-1.
