In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Sierra Linda Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 28-20 triumph over the Independence Patriots.
The Bulldogs (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Independence (Glendale, AZ). The Patriots go into the non-league contest with a 7-5 record.
In their next game, the Patriots confront the Copper Canyon Aztecs (Glendale, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 27. Independence will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record.
