California High School Soccer - Riverside Prep nudges Excelsior Charter

The Riverside Prep Silver Knights soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Excelsior Charter Eagles to 2 in the Silver Knights league victory on Thursday.

The Silver Knights now hold a 11-8 record. They play next when they host Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy for a Cross Valley bout on Tuesday, January 28. Riverside Prep will play a squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Big Bear (Big Bear City, CA). The record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Excelsior Charter moves to 3-11 on the year. The Eagles host Academy for Academic Excellence (Apple Valley, CA) to play the Knights in a Cross Valley bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-8.
