The Ridge Point Panthers soccer squad scored 8 points and held the host Fort Bend Elkins Knights to 0 in the Panthers league victory on Thursday.
The Panthers now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Fort Bend Travis for a 6A Region 3 District 21 bout on Friday, January 24. Ridge Point will play a Tigers squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Alief Taylor (Houston, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Fort Bend Elkins moves to 2-5 on the year. The Knights travel to Fort Bend Austin (Sugar Land, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a 6A Region 3 District 21 bout on Friday, January 24.
