The Lanier Voks soccer squad scored 5 points and restricted the host Seguin Matadors to 1 in the Voks league win on Thursday.
The Voks (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Edison (San Antonio, TX). The Golden Bears enter the 5A Region 4 District 27 battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Edison tipped Sam Houston (San Antonio, TX), 7-1, in a league battle.
