With the triumph, MacArthur advances its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Eisenhower (Houston, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a 6A Region 2 District 14 test on Saturday, January 25. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 8-2. Eisenhower won 3-0 in their recent league test against Benjamin Davis (Houston, TX)

The Cougars now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westfield for a 6A Region 2 District 14 test on Tuesday, January 28. Nimitz will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 2-1 league win over Dekaney (Houston, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-5.
