The Bryan Station Defenders were victorious over the visiting Scott County Cardinals basketball squad by a final score of 68-50 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Defenders clash with the Shelby Valley Wildcats (Pikeville, KY) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, January 24. Bryan Station will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 12-8 record after their 75-63 non-league win over Phelps (Phelps, KY).

The Cardinals (10-7) will now prepare for their outing against Franklin County (Frankfort, KY). The Flyers enter the non-league game with a 6-11 record. In their last game, Franklin County toppled Frankfort (Frankfort, KY), 63-51, in a league game.
